By accessing or using the FLY GROUP SRL website, you automatically accept the terms and conditions below and agree to comply with them.

The terms and conditions apply to all users of the site.

If you do not agree to our site's Terms and Conditions, please do not access our page.

USE OF THE PAGE

Authorized:

  • For personal, non-commercial use only.
  • To get information, check and purchase the proposed services.
  • To access or retrieve your travel information and/or booking details, to manage your preferences or to contact us.

This page provides you with services, information and tools for easy navigation. So you can plan your holiday easily, quickly and at a reasonable price.

 

DEFINITIONS

Offer calculation: calculation of offers, based on data provided by the user/client/buyer through the form available on the website.

Order: buyer's agreement to purchase different types of packages.

Cookies: text files stored on the user's browser, which can be used by page owners to recognize users and optimize the content displayed for them.

Account: module containing the user's email address and password for sending purchase orders. The history of orders placed is also stored here.

Content: all the information available on the site.

Buyer: natural/legal person who creates an account and places at least one order.

Website/webpage: the domain www.travelone.eu

User: a natural/legal person who has access to the content via the website.

 

RULES OF SERVICE USE

To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. The consumer confirms that he/she has legal capacity and that there are no obstacles to assume contractual obligations.

If you accept these Terms and Conditions and use the Services on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so.

 

ACCOUNT SETUP

In order to create an account, you need to access the REGISTER button and fill in the respective fields.

The account will also contain information about Name, First name, Date-Moon-Year of birth, Email address and Country of origin information. By creating your account, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information. Violation of this policy, including holding an expired or invalid payment method, may result in your inability to use the Services.

Once you have logged into your personal account and made a booking, you will be able to view your booking history and all its details. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activities that take place on your account.

We are not liable for any damages that may result from your failure to comply with the above conditions.

After account registration, subsequent notifications will be considered part of the Services and the account, and refusal to receive them cannot be accepted.

The created account can be deleted at will and cannot be restored.

 

BOOKINGS

The person who created the account will be able to view details of current and previous bookings, including cancelled bookings.

 

SERVICE SELECTION

The user has the right to choose his/her travel package by selecting one of the offers proposed on this page.

When booking a service, you need to fill in the personal details of all passengers. These must be entered correctly and bookings under a false name are not allowed. The user is obliged to check the booking and make sure that all details are correct, and payment is confirmation of the correctness of the data entered and acceptance of all Terms and Conditions stipulated. The service is considered purchased only after the reservation form has been completed and paid for completely. TravelOne will generate a booking code only upon completion and payment of the booking. As a result, a travel voucher will also be generated, which is the equivalent of a contract for that tour package or service.The voucher is issued electronically, automatically generated in the system and includes all details. It can be accessed from your personal account, but also from the email you receive at the email address indicated in your booking.

All information regarding services, air tickets, accommodation, or other tourist services are stipulated in the booking description. Before finalising any booking, you should read the Terms and Conditions carefully and your acceptance indicates that you have read, understood and agree to the offer and/or general conditions of the service provider. 

If a booking cannot be confirmed, TraveOne.eu is obliged to offer the buyer other options. If the buyer does not choose any of the options offered, then the buyer has the right to request a refund of the deposit paid.

TravelOne.eu reserves the right to refuse a booking for the following reasons: non-availability, force majeure, legal restrictions, suspicious bookings, violation of the terms of use, threats, false information and other compelling reasons.

All changes, made by the user, will fall under the company's modification/cancellation policy.

 

HOTEL RESERVATION

After completing your order for your hotel reservation, you will receive a voucher, which you will present upon check-in.

It contains information about the period of accommodation, the tour operator who issued the voucher, the name and surname of the tourists, the services included in the package.

Before booking the hotel you need to familiarise yourself with all the details of its policy and conditions.

For all services not stipulated in the reservation, an additional charge will be payable at the hotel according to the hotel tariffs.

Changes, including cancellation of a hotel reservation already made, may only be made if this is provided for in the general conditions of the service provider. Please note that if such changes are possible, they may incur additional charges.

 

FLIGHT BOOKING

After completing your order, you will receive your e-ticket for your flight reservation. The ticket is the document that certifies the relationship between the carrier and the passenger. It contains information about the passenger, the airline, the flight number, the date and time and other important details.

The e-ticket does not allow passengers to board, as this requires you to check in each individual passenger.

Changes to an already issued flight ticket, including cancellation, can only be made if airline company policy permits. If such changes are possible, they may be subject to fines and/or additional charges provided by the air carrier.

 

 

FLIGHT + HOTEL BOOKING

Using the "Flight + Hotel" service offers the possibility to select one of the packages proposed by the agency. The package includes flight and hotel combined together as offers.

When using the 'Flight + Hotel' service, the principles described above under 'Hotel booking' and 'Flight booking' apply.

 

PRICE AND PAYMENT

Prices for services offered on the TravelOne.eu website can be accessed online. They may be updated, so please make sure that the price you see has not changed.

The cost of the service cannot be changed once it has been paid and confirmed.

FLY GROUP SRL does not guarantee that the service which has already been purchased will not have a lower/higher price in the online system over a period of time.

 

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS  

The buyer is obliged to have all the necessary documents to travel to the respective country, as well as to make sure that the documents have the necessary validity period. FLY GROUP SRL does not bear liability, and does not reimburse costs, for possible damages or in case of failure to present the necessary papers, visas and other documents for travel. 

Before you travel, you should get acquainted with the political situation in the country, about strikes, hostilities and other situations that could affect the quality of your holiday. FLY GROUP SRL does not guarantee that your holiday in the respective country is risk-free.

Some countries apply strict rules on the import of goods, articles or substances, and failure to comply may result in penalties, for which TravelOne bears no liability.

 

BOOKING TRANSFER

The user has the right, no later than 15 days before the beginning of the services, to transfer his rights and obligations under the reservation to a third party who meets all the requirements applicable to the contract. This must be allowed under the conditions of the service provider.

All additional costs will be determined once a written request for transfer has been submitted.

 

REFUSAL/RETURN/CANCELLATION

All travel changes and cancellations should be requested by the consumer in accordance with applicable law and submitted in writing. If a refund is required for an amount paid by card, it will only be refunded to the card with which it was paid.

 

COMPLAINTS

If the service provider has not fulfilled its obligations, the purchaser must submit a complaint in writing to request rectification of the discrepancies. The complaint must be accompanied by the documents on which the complaint is based, which are evidence of the failure to fulfil obligations. In order to confirm receipt of the complaint, it must be signed by both parties.

For services contracted with external suppliers during the trip, FLY GROUP SRL is not responsible and claims will not be considered.

 

CHANGES

FLY GROUP SRL reserves the right to make changes, to amend or replace these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to users.

 

APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of Moldova.

NOTICES

FLY GROUP SRL may send notices to You via the Services, by email to the address You specify, or by written notice to You at the physical address You specify.
